Tony specialises in leadership development, facilitation and coaching, mostly working with multi-national organisations.

He spent 28 years in the financial services sector where he became an experienced leader. More recently he has worked closely with clients in software development, sales, insurance, transport, construction, facilities management, as well as in the charity sector.

Tony's approach is to work with leaders at all levels, helping them develop their own unique leadership style.

He draws on leadership theory with a healthy dose of pragmatism, backed up by his own experience, to challenge the way leaders define themselves and others.

His friendly, approachable style and natural humour enable him to build close relationships with clients and provide open, honest feedback. This allows him to fulfil his real passion: helping others to be themselves - only better.
