Theresa Hackett

Theresa brings a breadth of experience gained by working with leadership teams across a range of FSTE 100 companies in the UK, Europe and Africa.

Over the last 15 years she has worked primarily with senior leaders, helping them develop an authentic style.

She brings a strong sense of focus and provides a wealth of pragmatic tools and knowledge, which support people to become more effective leaders, enabling them to get the best out of their people.

Theresa believes behavioural change can only truly happen once people change their way of thinking. She supports people to see their world differently opening up opportunities and making new insights possible.

Her honesty, level of challenge and genuine warmth allow her to connect with people at the deep level where change happens.

Theresa is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
