Before joining the Carbon Swan team, Amanda spent 32 years with HMC&E, and its successor, HMRC where she latterly managed a team of financial investigators.

Amanda possesses highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills along with a passion for identifying and nurturing potential.

She has a strong conviction that everyone deserves to be the best they can become. Amanda is very much a people person with excellent interpersonal skills.
